Got some Wheel Clearance Questions

Got some Wheel Clearance Questions
Hey Guys. got a few questions.
1. How wide of a wheel can I put on my 91' in the front and rear.
2. How Tall of a tires can I put on it??
3. If I go with 4th gen offset rims 18x8 in the front and 18x9/9.5/10's in the rear will I have an problems?
Here is my problem. These rims I want come in 18x8/8.5/9/9.5/10. and they only come in an offset to fit the corvette or 4th gen camaro.
apparently my thrid gen has a 0mm/Front and 16mm/Rear offset and the fourth gen has a 50mm all around. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
