an adjustable panhard rod will allow you to center the rear.

The panhard rod shouldn't have anything to do with the level of the body. It's only function is to position the axle laterally.

check your springs to make sure it's seated and indexed properly.

most of the 3rd gens I've ever seen sit a little higher on the pass rear.

According to instructions on the RK SPORT Web site the Panhard will make the car lower on one side than the other if it is not adjusted right (I am not sure if this is for stock or an adjustable one). Visit them for instructions on how to install an adjustable Panhard rod and how to adjust side height if necessary. Seems simple to understand and to do. New Panhard Rods can be bought on e-bay for a reasonable amount. I hope this helps.

i've never had that problem and ive owned 4 3rd gens? They all sit the same all the way around my iroc has a slight rake to it since i have a larger profile tire in the rear. I'd check springs, shocks, and sway bar endlinks. As that's all that can change the height.
