Will this tire+wheels set-up fit?
I am thinking about getting corvette C5 polished wheels for my 89 GTA. They will be 17x8.5 up front and 18x9.5 in the rear. I am going to get some BFG KD's 245/45/17 on the front and 275/40/18 on the back, which measure about 26.5 inches, i know i need about 2 inch spacers all the way around, but will they fit without rubbing or rolling the fender. What modifications, if any will i need to do.
P.S. does anyone have any pics with these on your car?

since no one has replied yet, i'd suggest you just run a search for 17" and 18" wheels, as well as rubbing tires and such...

They'll fit fine. I have the wide-spoke wheels off a '98 vette that are 17x8.5 and 18x9.5 with the same size tires you are looking into.
The only thing I had to do was beat the inner part of my wheelwells in the back. However, with 2" spacers, you shouldn't have to do that. I'm running a 4th gen rear with no spacers. That's the equivelent of a 1 5/8" spacer. Stock rear with 2" spacers would probably be about perfect.

I'm running the Corvette wheels also.
No clearance issues at all, with 2" adapters all around.
I did have to adjust the panhard bar to get the rear centered under the car, since my car's lowered.
Nothing rubs anywhere, and I'm running 275's up front.
