Do I need adjustable suspension pieces?

The next major project on the RS will be the suspension as I've asked a question about this yesterday. Anyway, do I need to buy adjustable peices (torque arm, LCAs, etc) or am I fine with solid pieces. I am keeping my car with the stock springs and stock hieght. When I buy LCAs do I have to get relocation brackets?

Adjustable pieces are nice, but probably not necessary. Relocation brackets are a good idea but again not absolutely necessary.

We're having a similar discussion about this in another post of mine.

What are you doing with the car? If you're keeping your stock springs I'm guessing this obviously isn't an all out race car, eh? I'd say that you certainly don't need adjustable pieces. The adjustability can compensate for incorrect suspension geometry due to lowering, which you say isn't a factor in your case. It also can allow you to preload suspension for better launches etc., but that's REALLY something that's only for a dedicated race car....or at least a serious enthusiast. Certainly not where i'd spend my money in my opinion.

The lower control arm relo brackets do make a difference even with stock suspension from what I hear. At least for better launches, if that's a concern.

If this is just a repair/freshening up, then I wouldn't mess with anything other than shocks/struts and springs. Maybe upper strut bearing plates if you have high miles on your car. Fresh steering components up front is nice too.

Thanks Abubaca, yeah this is not a dedicated race car, it is actually my daily driver until my GTO comes in. The car has 77K miles on it, but the suspension is pretty worn. Take a look at my post a few days back and that will tell you what I want to do for now. Thanks again for the response.
