You may luck out as I did and find you don't need an adjustable PHB to re-center the housing. I too have Eiback ProKit lowering springs. I measured the distance from rim to lip on each side and round I'm within 1/16". Not enough to worry about IMO. Do the swap and take the measurement using a yardstick or long level vertical at the fender lip on each rim.
The bigger problem to worry about will be correcting the angle of the rear LCA's once you've lowered the car. You'll need a set of LCA relocation brackets (bolt in or weld in) to return the lower control arms to the correct angle. If you're unfamiliar with the concept, do a search. LCA relocation brackets have been discussed many times in detail.

Im running the same shocks and struts and i didnt come down much at all compared to the 23 year old springs that were in there.
You shouldnt notice the difference in the rear too much. I say throw your stuff on and see what it does. And if your planning on getting the trackbar when you have the money dont worry about it yet.
I'll try to get some new pictures of the car here soon, but i cant take it anywhere to shoot it, i dont have my exhaust on.
