85 Trans Am Rear Suspension
I recently bought an 85 Trans Am and it has a small badge under the passanger that said Performance Suspension. What does this consist of? I looked at the back and where the panhard rod is, it is on a braket that looks to have another on going up at a right angle from the lower one? Does it have two Panhard rods? Also, how do i tell if it has a Posi? LG4 engine with T-5 tranny.
thanks guys.

No, it's not 2 panhard bars. The bar that bolts to the rear end is the panhard bar, while the bar that runs from the panhard bar to the frame is just called the panhard bar brace.
You can usually tell if you have a posi or not by looking at your RPO codes, but you really never know what the previous owners could have done. The only 100% way to know is to take the diff. cover off and have a look
