Everything that could go wrong ...

DID go wrong ... when I was installing the bushings for the front swaybar ... bolts on left side well uhmmm took a long time to put those in in order not to get everything wrong AND not get stripped threads

End links ... well... I got another question regarding that later .... second one ... wait a minute oh yeah.. for some reason.. again.. LEFT side ... I tightened to 25 lbs .. and well well well .. the nut was stuck to the wrench ... so had to undo it all the way .. different nut ... etc etc

Anyway... front end hmmm it does feel a little bit stiffer .. with poly bushings .. and the TDS wonderbar ...

BUT here's the thing .. I used the stock spacer for the end links .... ....quite a bit shorter than the Energy Suspension 2 5/8 one ... now my question is ...

The longer spacer ... would it stiffen it up even more .. due to the fact it would press harder against the swaybar ends ?

Or .. does it even matter ?

And yes.. once again I get reminded by my car's rear ... that it needs subframe connectors ... *lol* each time I do something.. the rear doesn't like it ... flex flex body flex flex

The stock spacer wasn't rusted to the bolt? That's amazing, must be nice not living in the salt filled midwest.

Anyway, you shouldn't use the stock spacer if ES gave you one. The bolt has a shoulder at a certain distance and usually that spacer takes up that distance. Your endlinks probably aren't tight if you used the old spacer.

ok

That's what I figured ... thanks

Yeah it's a lil'bit tighter.. but not as expected ... especially since the old bushings fell apart...

Oh regarding old spacer and nut not rusted together .. well once I got the old nut off... it was HOT due to the friction of taking it off the rusted bolt .. lol

OK.. I'll use the supplied 2 5/8 front .. and see if I can get some spacers for the back somewhere.. since the ones I have are shorter

Now any advice on how to FORCE them spacers in though ? Even the stock ones were tough to get in

I have had the nut freeze because of the heat cause by removing the endlinks. Then you have to wait for things to cool down. I just cut them off with a cutoff wheel not saves so much time.
