Figure this one out.
First my car has BMR lower control arms and Edeljunk panhard rod. Both with poly ends but non adjustable. When I bolted everything on I made shure the rear suspension was loaded with the cars weight on the back axel.
OK, What it's doing. While cruiseing down the road if I accellerate it happens or let off the gas and the car starts to slow down it happens. I feel the rear of the car kick left then right real quick. Anyone have any ideas on whats going on?

Did you check to see if one of the bushings is cracked/torn?

The bushings in the aftermarket parts are new. everything else looks fine. The car just turned over 60K original miles.

I would get underneath the rear and make sure everything in tight and in good condition. Sounds like something is lose or broke in your rear suspension.
