Alignment problems?

My right front tire has always rubbed when turning. My alignment is good I guess, because I have never had problems with tires wearing abnormally. The passenger side strut mount is adjusted all the way to the left when looking from the front of the car. Is this why my tires rub. They are factory size also. Any ideas?

Thanks.

The "I guess" may be the problem.

It was just aligned 6 months ago, less than a thousand miles on it. Had it rechecked a different place 3 months ago. It has always rubbed and noone knows why.
