KYB gas-a-just struts

Alright, so do these exist? From what i've seen KYB only makes the gas-a-just shocks for the rears.... Anyone know why, or if this is wrong info? (or if it is true, any suggestions for a comparable front strut, like mid of the line, or cheap performance sorta thing...)

The only reason i'm disputing, is that p-s-t (www.p-s-t.com) shows a kit with 4 KYB gas-a-just shock/struts for our cars, (it's a little ambiguous, but if you scroll down you see a kit with AGX or GR2 all around, so I assumed the top kit is pure gas-a-just), AND I emailed them to double check, and haven't gotten a response...

They don't make 'em.. No gas-a-just struts in the KYB catalog..

They had a set in the very early 90's. There was a slot in the top that you used a key or screwdriver to selsct one of 4 settings. The adjustment fitting was made of plastic and would often break the slot. They discontinued them shortly after.

ok, p-s-t.com got back to me, indeed, gr-2s in the front...

so gas-a-just shocks are adjustable?? nifty! I wonder why they'd only make 'em for the rear, and not the front, for a sports car, kinda sounds strange...
oh well, i'll get that set anyway.

Gas-a-just shocks are not adjustable.. You're thinking of the AGX's.. Gas-a-just's are just monotube shocks.

no, i'm not really thinking of anything
I just got confused, sounded like gas-a-justs were adjustable, I guess they adjust themselves...

the high end ones are adjustable eh? like koni, bilstein, AGX, etc.

Are you doing any sort of racing with them? If not, you'll pay more money and probably never use the adjustments.

Most people are happy with just new struts/shocks all the way around unless you're going to hit the track every weekend.

oh no no, no racing for me, just bombing around town...

I definately won't be spending the big $ on AGX or bilstein, I meant I was going to get GR2 fronts, and gas-a-just rears.

gas a just

that's what I have - Gas-A-Just on rear and GR2 fronts - CAVEAT!!!! If your old shocks were REALLY worn out - be aware that this will make the car really REALLY quick - remember to adjust your driving habits after you install your gas-a-justs!

I just put a new set of GR-2 / Gas-a-justs on my car. they are very decent for the money. I got my set for free so I can't complain about anything.
