Spohn Steering Brace
What your option on the Spohn Steering bar? Did you have to make any modification to get it to fit?
Give me the goods and bad about this steering brace...

i had to cut the lower fan mounting bolt boss off.
its a pain getting a socket in there anyway, with the boss cut off, you can completely see the bolt head, which makes it an easy ordeal with a ratchet wrench, and allows the spohn arm to bolt in.
ive got a 4th gen rad and fans now, so its not in the way of anything.
i think the BMR may be a better fit(smaller bar?) but i have all spohn stuff on my car, so i went with it.
good luck.

i have the spohn also, can't to sand the bosses off the fan mounts too, also had to grind the holes a little bigger to get it to fit. I got the spohn cause thats basicly all i have but if i had to do it again i would get the TDS unite since i have read that one fits a lot better.

I didn't have to mess with the fan (maybe because of single fan option?) but I did have to elongate the mount hole on the driver side. It was off by a lot and I don't understands Steve's reason for that. All of his other products are perfect.

I doubt that If he knew that he would continue to produce the same defect over and over...
