i believe that they are 17x8's correct? if so, i would run a 245/45/17 tire...Khumo makes some for pretty cheap...wanna say right around $100 per tire.

The same size tire I run on my 17X8 wheels. They fill the wheel well pretty nicely and maintain a close to stock height.

Mine aren't IROCs, but the car is close to maroon.

245/45/17 works for me. There was/is a trend on here to go with huge wide tires, but I think they look perfect. These are with a Pro-kit drop as well. Also, having had the Kuhmo 712's, I recommend against them. They're good for about 8k miles, but after that they suck. I got Pirelli PZero Nero's. . .best tire I've ever had.

245/45 looks pretty good. ya i would like to stay around $100 a tire b/c we've got about $650 in the wheels i hope they will turn out nice they are on the way so i will get picks up when i get them. but im not really looking for performance tire b/c my car isnt very fast i would really rather have a nice looking tread design. we will probably go will bf goodwrench though those seem to be my dads favorite, he has had them on most of our cars. with these irocs im hoping the backspacing is going to be the same front to back so i can rotate them which is why i was wanting the same size tires all around.

o ya matt (mw66nova) i put those springs in the other night ill have to bring the car by and show you. it looks nice im really pleased with them. we cut 1 and 1/2 coils off the front and 2 and a 1/4 off the back. but we'll probably cut more off the back its not quite low enough. the only thing was the left front spring was either very weak or not seated in there right and it sits about 3/4 of an inch lower than the right front but we got a spring raiser to try and raise it back up a little bit. im pretty pleased with how it rides now though, hardly any body roll

yeah mike, bring it by! shouldn't be a weaker spring though, i had that car together with those springs with no issues at all...i would suggest lookin at the right front spring to insure that it's seated correctly, cause i don't imagine the spring sitting in there wrong would cause the ride height to be lower. there is an index on the a arm that you need to be sure the spring is sitting in correctly.

but yeah, come on by, i'll be out lowering my dad's car tomorrow actually! got the fronts done yesterday, will be workin' on the rear tomorrow. i'm really glad your pleased with it and can't wait to see the thing with the new wheels! guess you won't be selling it any time soon?

Kody may be interested in those IROC springs you took out...if your willing to give up your spare set that is.

ya i think im going to keep them as a spare set. the only thing about the front springs is i like how the right one sits so im going to leave it and raise the left a little b/c it hits the fendwell on bumps and stuff so its too low but hopefully the bigger wheels wont cause any problems. and no im not really wanting to sell it anymore i havent really been trying to b4 but i figured if i could get $4k for it i could buy another one with a 5-speed in it. i think im going to work on the appearence like the wheels then paint and then once i get out of school i'll make it fast. but ya ill stop by tomaro around noon or a little b4 probably.

Gunny Highway that is a very nice looking camaro man but i think it is in need of a high rise rear spoiler. to me the iroc spoiler doesnt look right with the blisters and ground effects. overall a sweet ride though man.

It actually has the stock RS spoiler, not the Z-28 one. To me the 5" spoiler only looks good from certain angles and tends to be a little too loud for what I was going after.

no i didnt mean the hawks 5" spoiler, i meant the 91-92 Z28 high rise spoiler i think it will look alot better with the blisters and ground effects.
