Welding in bolt on SFCs

I dont post often but I do alot of searching on this site and first off thanks everyone for the good information. I have a set of Comp Engineering bolt in SFCs. I bought them a long while ago for my older Z28 when I didnt have a welder or the skills to weld in a set. Now i have a welder and some experience should I bolt in these SFCs and the weld the end points to the frame or should I ditch these and buy the weld in type?

also for more chassis strength I have a 6 point cage going in to attach to the SFCs

If you got the skill, just weld in that set of bolt in SFC's. Not that much difference between to spend the additional money. So weld them in with more then the end points..

Ok so ill weld these in at the endpoints (where they meet the frame) and then spot weld down the pinch weld to the rear of the car
