sweet thats a good piece of work! i'm thinkin of doing the same thing wheni swap in my new 4th gen rear. i made a thread with alot of info in it on the specs of the 4th gen rears and all the swap info like what will fit, what needs to be changed, etc etc.
combing the that post by me and yours will make for a great thread. i still need to work on mine tho, needs organized and such

heres a few things i noticed. theres no such thing as 3.53 gears. if everything in the rear is stock then you have 3 options for gears..if it was a 6 speed your ONLY option is 3.42. if auto you can have either 3.23 or 2.73 gears. next the wonder bar is not anywhere near the rear end. it attaches to the front subframe near the steering rack. what youa re talking about (the diagonal bar that attaches to the rear end and to the frame is the panhard bar. and what you call the panhard bar (attaches to the rear and to the tranny) is the torque arm.
good write up though. you may want to put together a list of parts that can be upgraded at the same time since everything will be out like stainless steel brake lines, rotors (brembo blanks are some of the best stock replacements), pads (some from the hawks line of pads are great as well) and any mods to the rear end itself like lower control arm relocation brackets, lower control arms, pahnard bar, bushings, fluid, gears posi ect. that way the job is done once and done right the first time.
