Might want a bigger tire.
Ok well stock my car came with the 215/65/R15 and I think I may want something just a little bigger. I thought about going with a 225 all around. I just wanna knows whether to go after a 225/65/r15 or to go after a 225/60/r15. I do not want the sidewall to be any higher than stock and i know the sidewall at 65 for the 225 is bigger than the 215. What do you think I should do guys? I really dont wanna throw off my speedo. Thanks guys.

No problems. It is the same diam as stock, just a bit wider of a footprint.

Should I run the 235's on all four corners or should I run smaller on the front?

I hope if I upgrade from the 215/65/R15's (I think they are the stock size) to the 235/60/R15's that my handling will improve alot.

it will improve a bit...and if you run some decent springs, and shocks/struts, you'll see even more improvement!
and don't forget about the little things like running poly bushings on your sway bars (it doesn't cost much and works REALLY well!)
