more data. tabled which camaros got which springs. havent made it to the pontiacs yet

 

Heres a table of which springs trw/moog offer as stock replacements and their aplications. Now the table doesn't include every vehicle as the information wasn't provided via there website, and some of the data that was provided doesn't seem real accurate in a few cases.

Overall though most of the data seems to take sense, though none has been confirmed first hand. Once again this is all based off of the information I have collected from the federal mogul website.

Feel free to correct the table of any possible typos or new/unentered data.

Does anyone happen to know what rate a spring tagged with "NNM" is?
Its my rear spring on my 85 T/A. Compressing it(outside the car) next to my new UMI rear spring(200lb) it feels a little stiffer - which is disappointing.

 

GM didn't disclose the rates, they just list them from high to low in the catalog. NNM is pretty common in FE2 cars. Anything from an early Z28 to a 92 Z28, or WS6 Firebird. NNL and NNN were the other two springs in the same range.

 

Thanks Drew. My RPO's show mines a WS6. Currently redoing the entire suspension and really don't want to step down in spring rate. Wish GM published the rates.

Is there a way to correlate any of these part #'s with NNM?
