ANNOYING CHIRP! please help!

ANNOYING CHIRP! please help!
i got a 87 firebird with standard rear end ,
the back driver side tire makes a chirp , chirp , chirp noise when i ONLY TURN RIGHT NOT LEFT its comming from this tire only its highly annoying
could it be i did my drum brakes wrong ? i checked out the suspension its ok nothing worn out i also changed the rear-end oil but sitll a chirp , so i jacked the car up and spun the rear tire car wasnt running either! so it spun and all i hear is that damned chirp any ideas?
