Car sits sideways after new suspension

So i just finished putting in Eibach Pro's and Kyb Gr-2's all around, along with new balljoints and poly sway bar links up front. After a few days I start hearing a hollow noise followed by a rubbing in the rear. Tires are showing no signs, so no big deal except it pointed out the huge height difference in the rear. The driver side is easily 3-4 inches higher than the passenger, which seems abnormally low. Check the shocks/springs all seem to be seated fine etc. This common? Anything in particular I should check for, or possibly just try not to pay attention to? Maybe it just needs to break in, any suggestions would be nice.
Thanks
Kevin

did you happen to make the mistake of mounting your two fronts on one side and your two rears on the other? just checking possibilities..

make sure you place the coil springs in the same direction ( where the coil stops) not very ease to explain sorry

Ya i know the stupid things that couldve happen, and I checked. Both front springs are in the front, rear are in the rear. I have to check the indexing, i know exactly what you mean. At the time i was installing, i looked and assumed it didnt matter which way they went, but im sure theres logic behind it. I'm just seeing if its common or i ****ed up. Still hearing a weird squeaking noise in the rear going over bumps...i hate noises.
Thanks for the ideas, ill check the rest and get back on it
