Suspension upgrades for the topless

Well I have been working alot of overtime these past few weeks and while I am tearing the motor out of my camaro and rolling in the new 350 I should probably get some suspension work while it is all easy to get to. I was thinking about doing the front end as it is still all original. I was also thinking about a wonder bar either TDS or Spohn, and they same goes for subframe connectors. I have read numerous threads on here about them and how people have liked either of these particular brands. Is there really anything superior though from one to the other? Keep in mind this is going on a t-top car which is not the most rigid thing on the planet. The car will probably be driven pretty litely as I am not very agressive with my cars, however I keep reading this is a "must do" upgrade and I figure it is now or never.
