I believe you are probably referring to panhard bar bolts, and LCA bolts - they tend to rust within the bushings and are a PITA to get out. One of the sponsors here sells a kit of them, I believe it's Spohn.
Although I'm not sure why one couldn't just get a nice grade 8 or 10 bolt from the hardware store that will fit through the smaller hole and put it in place - anyone with a good reason why this is a bad idea please chime in.
