Need a favor from you guys

Any guys/girls that have thier engine out, could you measure your k-member. The point I need is between the two back a-arm mount points. I am having some clearance problems with stuff I have seen other cars do with out any mods. If you could help me in any way I would appriciate it. You can either post it up or e-mail them to me. If you have any questions as to what I am talking about you can also e-mail.

Thanks

Header Clearances

The back a-arm mounts on the k-member interact with the headers. But only on some third gen cars. I am trying to narrow it down to where the differances are. So to anyone that replys if you could also let me know what your car is... Year and if its an Z28, Iroc package, RS, ber.

The more people that can help me out the better off I am.

Thanks again

I can measure, but I don't know for sure what you want. Post up a sketch of where you want the measurement.

Sorry bud, my oil pan is lower than the a-arm mounts, and so I can't get a straight shot for a tape measurement.

rough measurment gives 22 inches give or take a 1/8th for having to lean down in the engine bay. thats from the closest 2 points on the suspension (since your having clearance issues)
