diff. wheels and tires...darting..
i put some used wheels and tires on my camaro, they are wider and an inch shorter than the stock set up...going about 60, it seems as if it is darting.. not bad..but you gotta keep ur hands on the wheel..and coming to a stop from about 15mph to a complete stop i feel vibration on the brake pedal..not IN the brakes but on them.....help please!!

it'll be safe to drive to a tire shop and spend the $20-30 to get them rebalanced

You said the tires are 1" shoter. May be you have screwed up the alignment. Make sure the assemblies are balnced and get an alignment.

tire height won't effect alignment, still sounds like a tire imbalance, if pulling only during braking it may be due to a brake issue, ie collapsed brake hose, stuck caliper, etc etc

It might be uneven tread wear from a bad alignment on whatever car it was on previously. Use a tread depth indicator and measure the tread across the contact patch, see if its even or not. The tire/alignment shop will also be able to tell.

they were on my berlinetta..and when i had them off..one tire on the front seemed to have a little more tread on the outside than in..not much...but maybe i was seen things
If the tread wear is uneven it could easily cause pull, vibration, etc. Depending on how long they sat the balance could easily be off. If they're old enough that belts are shifting, they could also pull due to that. - IF you don't know, have them checked by someone who does, or you could be fixing a quarter panel if they come apart....
