my question is with these specs would my l98 be able to hook on street tires with 3.7x gears?

Depends on what tires, how hard you launch, posi or not, but I like the 3:23 gears, I pull around 320-330 hp at the crank and I can roast my meats like I was on ice. And thats with an AUTO!

most cars can't hook 100% on street tires, but there are suspension mods you can do in addition to quality tires which will help but not eliminate tire spin.

To 89Irocz350TPI,
I have a hypertech thermorunner chip, hooker headers, dynomax exhaust, SLP intake, throttle body spacer, LT1 injectors, and MAC pulleys. Performance wise, thats about it for now. ( have a 150 shot in the trunk, not hooked up yet.)
