big clunk after swaybar installed

I bought front sway bar from BMR,
its a solid 32mm.

after i got it in,
since the size got bigger(by couple mm i guess?)
it seems to me that the bar is touching the pitman arm.
I believe it wasnt like that before installation,
now when I make a turn while backing off,
it makes a huge clunk noise.

it only happens when my gear is in reverse and im turning to leftside while backing up.

is it a problem when pitman arm is touching the swaybar?
or does my problem sound like its something else?

any inputs are appreciated

did you install the bar upside down and this is why it is contacting the pitman arm? incorrect length endlinks could also cause this
