V6 A/C wight?

V6 A/C wight?

i have had a problem with my front wheels having a very noticable camber problem (they were leaning out at the top a lot.) I switched from the V8 springs that some one had put in the car at some point in the past to the proper V6 springs. i had also removed the A/C system in the past cause it does not work.

My question is will having the A/C compressor, lines, and the radiator thing removed cause the car to sit high enough that to get the front tires to atleast look right the struts have to be adjusted ALL the way in. oh and the new springs have about 250 miles on them.

Damnit misspelled the title and it wont let me fix it.

Most likely. When you buy front springs (new), the first thing they will ask, is, A/C, or non A/C.

they did ask but i had them check with A/C and without A/C, it was the same number for all V6 springs, and shurely just removing the A/C wouldnt cause that much difference to require the full adjustment of the strut mount just to straiten up the wheels (not even 40lbs). V6 springs are 6806 and the v8 ones are 6808(i think). I could see swaping the auto for a maual causing such a difference but not this much. can i adjust the Strut to spindle attatchment to help some?
