Kuhmo ECSTA MX?

Any tried these? I find the listings on tirerack of 19-38K miles with a 220 treadwear rating as a little bit of a stretch. Anyone?

These are one of the fastest street tires for open-tracking and autocrossing available. They are in the same class as the Falken Azenis 615. I have heard they might last 20k under low-performance street driving, but as with any tire if you corner at 8/10s or more most of the time and do lots of burnouts and slides you will wear them quickly. I would have bought them for my B4C, but they don't make a good size for our stock 16x8 rims. If you have 17" or 18" rims you will have more choices. For a stock tire size, the grippiest street tire (excluding DOT race tires such as Kumoh 710s and Nitto drag radials) I've found is probably the Firestone Wide Oval, which I have just put on my car. They certainly seem grippy on the street and should also be an excellent rain tire for those downpours that render 710s and A06s useless. I will be autocrossing them for the first time this weekend, and will have a better idea of their grip after that. I hope this helps.
