Is it worth upgrading the stock 34/21mm sway bars??

Just as the title says, I was wondering if anyone could give an opinion on whether or not it's worth upgrading the sway bars on my '88 Iroc-Z. It's got the FE2 option which if I'm not mistaken means it has a 34mm hollow sway bar out front. The rear, I'm pretty sure is a 21mm solid.

The car already handles great, but I wanted to improve the handling/cornering even more. Would an upgrade to something like solid 1 5/16 front and 1" rear sway bars, offer any kind of a noticeable improvement over what I have now? Or would I just be wasting my money?

I was considering upgrading to Spohn's sway bars which are made of chrome moly and at the very least, will weigh less than what I have now even though Spohn's sway bars are solid.

http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1311

All recommendations/opinions are more than welcome. I'd particularly like to hear from those who actually take their car's to the track and find out what combo their running.....

Thanks in advance!

I used to have 2 hollow sway bars on the front of my first RS.
it's kind of a pain to mount them, not all that hard though,
and after that it was totally flat in the corners.

you can't really do that on the rear, however.
applied technologies sells a huge rear bar for camaro/FB.
I think it's something like 1 and 7/16 inches, mabey bigger.

I put a 36mm hollow front and 24mm rear sway bars on my car (which came with 34mm hollow and 21mm bars) and I think they were worth it.
