Please Help!! Noises like crazy

All of a sudden my car started making some sqweaking sounds when i brake so i thought i just need new brakes but now its about three days later and my car makes high pitch sqweaks every time i hit any kind of bump in the road and sometimes when i turn right it does it. It's only on coming from the front left but I can't fgure out what it is and i was hoping someone here would know.

Wear indicators riding the rotor? You may be due for new pads. Dont ignore it. Check it out or take it to a front end / brake shop for inspection.
