opinions on lowering with ground control?

After exploring many options, as i have attempted to read as many Q's and A's about lowering techniques as i could on this wonderfun forum, im curious if ground control would give me what im looking for. I have a 1986 camaro that currently has 18inch Irocs, and im trying to find the perfect fit of functionality and a great stance. Id like the body to sit clean ontop of the tire edge and would of course as a result put the body pretty low, which obviously presents a problem for the functionality, so ground control seems to be a way to get it as low to my goal as possible and still be able to drive up my driveway. If nothing else, its seems as though I would be able to play with it to get the desired result. I'd like to know opinions. I wonder exactly how low ground control acually goes, price is a concern but it cant be any more expensive than that air ride system i was concidering, and of course where to get it. If anyone has experience or opinions they'd like to share that would be great!
