two methods i used when that happens to me one is to drop the car on that wheel with all the lug nuts off the second is take a rubber mallet and beat the tire thats what has worked for me

spray the inner section with a pentrating spray such as kroil-oil or WD-40, PB blaster

then dropping the car onto the tires just slightly and rocking it back and forth with a jack under the pumpkin like 1/2" works well also. Had to do this on my 05 suburban, aluminum and steel don't get along well....Put anti-sieze all over the hub mounting area when remounting the rims and it won't happen again.

Have this happen all the time at walmart. See if you can put a prybar between the inside edge of the rim and the lip on the drum (if you have drums), and then just pry a bit, rotate, pry some more and just keep doing that till it comes off. If ya dont have Drums your only real choice is just to just hit the tire if will hold air or try a rubber/plastic encased hammer of some sort just dont swing real hard on the inside of the rim itself.

You think this is hard try getting Alloys off a Dualie 1ton when there stuck on like this. LOL

well, on a lift i take 1 lugnut thread it on 4 maybe 5 threads

Go from the other side of the car and kung fu kick the thing, Eventually its gotta come loose, normally the first kick

or from the front kick left side, rotate etc Its just the bonding of the aluminum to the steel hub as said above, anti-seize or Lithium white grease around the hub and light coating on the threads will prevent this from happening again

Penetrating lube always helps 2, And if the car isnt ABSOLUTELY secure never kick it under it.
If you wanna be semi unsafe/safe/risk id say put a jack under the car with the weight on the jack, Jackstands in emergency locations this way if the car moves the jack rolls with it ( hopefully any of this helps)

I'd definately be a little more ruff with that thing. Take a big hammer and use a block of would on the back of the rim lip and beat the crap out of it and then rotate a little and beat the crap out again.

Oh, and maybe spray some brake fluid (not cleaner) onto the hub area and let it soak in for a while, that stuff eats up anything before trying the above.

like has been said, spray it down with some type of penetrating lube, brake fluid does work.
after spraying it down, i have gotten stuck wheels off by loosening the lug nuts about 2~3 turns from full tight, then with the car on the ground drive it back & forth a few feet, goose the throttle in both drive & reverse & nail the brakes, normally after doing this 3 or 4 times the wheel comes right off. you don't need to floor it, just a quick jab to maybe 1/3 throttle & then brake.
do not drive it around on the road with the nuts loose.

I've never needed penetrating lube, a dead blow hammer/soft hammer has always worked for me on any vehicle I've taken the wheels off of.

You just need to start putting some weights on the bar when you go to the gym.
