Mobile One grease with poly bushings?
Can I use Mobile one synthetic grease or do I have to use the "white" stuff? Also, when installing, should i put grease on every surface of the bushing, including the sides, and how much?
I'm mainly concerned with LCAs, sway bar, and panhard bar bushings.
Thanks

Yea, there's always a bit of debate. I think the final answer was that any grease will do, but that sticky white stuff lasts longer. I think the mobil 1 synthetic is used commonly on this board.
Grease any poly-metal area. Anytime poly touches metal, goop it with grease. So on the sides of your LCA's, where it'll rub the brackets on the axle, and frame side, GOOP IT UP. Same with panhard, etc. Between the bushing and shell, it should be greased from factory, not that you could actually grease it yourself, even if you wanted to.
I think 83_Crossfire_TA modified his to have a grease channel, and added grease nipples.
