Do I really need all 6 Kmember bolts?

Okay, I snapped the front passenger side Kmember bolt. Can't really get it out. It was flush with the bottom of the frame and now it's a little less from dremel, easy out and other bolt removal tools. Question, I'm tired of messing with it. What's everybody's advice on if I should just leave it out and have 5 or fix it and have six. Yes, I know, take the time but I'm tired of trying and I'm ready to start putting back my front suspension and this is holding me up. I'm running a 400, BMR kmember, and coilovers. Driven on the street on nice days and track abuse on test and tune nights when possible. If 5 will be fine, than I'm ready to move on. Thanks!

5 might be ok.. Depends on the condition of the other bolts. For the sake of safety, why not take it somewhere at your convenience and get it professionally drilled out (and possibly have the threads chased/redone altogether, depending on whether you mangled them)?

if you drive the car hard, i would recomend getting it fixed. it would be a real shame for a little PITA to urn into a real nightmare if something else fails because of it.

I second that because what is the alternative if 5 will not be ok? back apart to fix right.

Weld the k-member to the frame rail. How often do you plan on removing the k-member? Unless you plan on removing the tubular k-member or get into an accident where it needs to be replaced or repaired, they're usually bolted to the car for life.

i had one broken on my car, so i just called my welder over and had him weld the stock k-member to the frame. i'm thinking of getting a tubular k-member now.
