I've had my car sitting in the garage after I hit a curb last fall and when I brought it in, the passenger wheel sticks out quite far when the other wheel is straight. Everything looks good, the tie rods and spindles look fine, and the strut isn't twisted so I just can't figure out why the wheel sits like that. Any solutions/suggestions on what might be up?

Get a front end alignment. If nothing is broken then it's just forced itself out of alignment but can probably be loosened and realigned without any problems.
