wheel alignment question

wont take long...my right front tire is slightly turned out of the wheel well (maybe 3 inches) when my left front tire is straight. Will this be fixed when i get an alignment or will i have to have the steering linkages adjusted?

a while back my car was clipped and the kmember bent and steering was all screwy...got the steering somewhat fixed and a new k member installed and the tires sit properly in the wells but with the exception stated above

Re: wheel alignment question

The way it sounds the alignment should fix it as logn as all the damages parts were replaced. The linkage will be adjusted with the alignment.

Re: wheel alignment question

Well based on your description it sounds now just link the new parts need alignment. If you still had a bent tierod the one tire would be turned inward not ouward while the other tire was straight-This is due to the steering arms on the spindles being located on the front side of the pivot point.
