Re: wheel fitment help

5.75" is about the max, including tire bulge. So, 5.5 BS, and adding .25 for tire bulge, you'll be right about the max.

Unless you use the BFH method! Then you could get a little more.

Re: wheel fitment help

Dunno why, but I never got a topic reply notice until your last "???????????".

Anyways....

Stock is a 8" rim, with 4.75" BS, on the rear (based on the 16" rims).

With a 5.5" BS, and maybe .25" for the tire, your maxed out going inwards. so your looking at 4.25" outwards.

Based on a stock 16"x8", you are going 1.25" inwards, but have an extra 2", over stock. Which pushes .75" outwards from stock.

In other words, you'll be fine. But you should be a little inwards, with the rim not sticking out. A 11.5" tire should be about flush, depending on sidewall bulge. Might wanna watch rear end swat, on launches.
