Where do I measure so I can check my frame?

I have some sub-frame connectors sitting here waiting for the money to be put on. I want to make sure my frame is straight first though. While I was at a dealer they other day I asked about it and he said he would take some measurements and check the car for free (not putting it on the frame machine) if I could leave the car with him and that they could install the SFCs for $150. I'm still going to take him up on the offer, but I want to check it myself first because if something is wrong then I'm going to need more than $150. Where should I measure from though? The driver and passenger side of the front sub frame are shaped different so I don't know how to make sure I'm measuring from the same place on both sides. I'm going to look later today but I want to go ahead and ask now.

There's a whole page in the factory service manual devoted to that; it shows all the dimensions in all the places. There's about 30 or 40 index points, mostly holes punched in things.
