Rubbing.

I just installed new brakes on my thirdgen so i took it to get aligned. Before getting it aligned the car drove relativley straight and nothing rubbed at all.
After getting it alinged the guy comes in and says that it was really out of alignment but he got it back in, and later im driving it and the tire rubs the lower gfx right by the drivers foot. Only when the tire is turned to the extremes however.
What do you guys think?
Bad alignment or do you think its becaues of old/ wore out parts?
thanks

Re: Rubbing.

Anyone?

It was the LS1 kit from bigbrake.
Could it be caused by the rotor sitting on the hub and not being a part of the hub like the stock rotors? could that little bit be causing my rubbing?

Re: Rubbing.

i thought the ls1 kit moved the tires out a bit, which would cause the rubbing. Also I wouldn't turn as tight and you won't have this problem.

Re: Rubbing.

I have the same problem after I installed the LS1 brake kit and sphon a arms. I had to file my Gfx a little and take a mallet to the inner fender area.

Re: Rubbing.

Thanks guys.
I was all ready to go bark at the alignment shop. But i sat and thought about it for a second and realized that could be the problem.
Saved me making a fool of myself haha.
