If the Konis are seized, the suspension won't deflect, when you try to bounce a corner. Does it "bounce"?

If your stock springs were worn out, they very well could have allowed the car to sit lower.

Oh yeah...Have you cycled the suspension at all? When you first set a car down, it will sit higher. cycling/bouncing the suspension, will allow it to settle.

Also, did you tighten the a-arms, LCAS and sway bars while it was in the air? You must tighten them with the suspension 'loaded' or the bushings will bind. Loaded means all 4 wheels on the ground or ramps with the entire weight of the vehicle on the tires. Get it on ramps or other wise high enough to access everything with the wheels loaded, loosen the bushing bolts/sway bushings/end links/front and rear, jounce the car repeatedly on all 4 corners (bounce it up and down) then retighten. Go for a ride doing some corner loading and recheck

Good point! I should have mentioned that. Do not tighten your bolts, while it is unloaded. Do a quick tighten on your suspension while unloaded, then use a floor jack to lift the a-arm/rear-end to fully load the suspension, the fully tighten/torque the bolts.

Sometimes the springs need to be worked a bit before they go to the final height. Mine were the same as stock height when first installed then dropped about 1" over 2 weeks.

not sure about the back, but from the front, make sure the springs are seated in the pockets and not on the pockets. My front end sat up like 3 inches higher when I installed the lowering springs. I had no idea why. Well, it was because the springs were setting ontop of the pockets instead of down in the pockets.

I have the same problem, kind of. I installed the Eibach prokit. The back is where is should be and the front is a little higher then I would like and about 1/2'' uneven. The car has been on the ground for a little over a week with the new parts and is not going any lower.
The stock springs were shot. The eibach springs raised the front.

Has the car moved, or has been sitting still? Sitting still, won't settle the shocks.

It has been on the ground and driven about 60 miles on rough city streets.
The car is uneven because one spring is not in its pocket.
