Re: jegster torque arm
some people here use the jegster arm and love it, its shorter so it acts faster and frees up some room for exhaust clearance over the spohn/UMI arms
the issue that has come up is the use of the "slidelink", it needs to be lubed regularly or it can seize up.

Re: jegster torque arm
yes the jegster is on my car and several of my buddies cars and we all like it. A 1.6 60' isn't a very fast car either, so it'll be more than enough for whatever you want to do.

Re: jegster torque arm
like i already stated it will be fine for a 1.5 as well, I've seen them in the bottom 1.4s with no issues.

Re: jegster torque arm
i got the arm, but i havent installed it yet, i think it will be more than fine, its tubular and takes the strain of the rear of the trans which is the main purpose, the fact that its shorter also makes it stronger than the long length ones. i got mine partly used and threw on a couple coats of POR15 black and it looks amazing.
get it!
----------
im putting it in when my 500hp 383 is completed over the winter. hoping for high 11s as well, the arm should def help

Re: jegster torque arm
thats why it takes the mounting off the rear of the trans.
