pitman arm or box?
Okay my steering wheel boves a bit and the car doesnt turn (kinda annoying especially in the ran bc the car seems to hydroplane alot)
Now I was under the car while installing my wideband i move the tire by hand left to right and both sides move but where th pitman arms connects to the box has slack. Is there a bushing on the part that connects to the box or my the steering box be going out?
I have never owned a car without a rack so i have no idea.

Re: pitman arm or box?
The Pitman arm is connected to the box on a splined shaft with a really large nut. I can't imagine this connection having any play whatsoever and remaining functional.
Are you sure you're not referring to the Pitman Arm connection to the drag link (or center link). This connection is a common wear point and will affect play with both wheels. The center link connects both inner tie rods to each other and to the Pitman arm.

Both tie rods stall tight to the opposite end of the steering box. At the steering box is where the play is. I can move my steering wheel like 2-3 inches each way without it moving.

Pull the plastic cover back from the input shaft into the steering box and verify that the slop is not in the rag joint (the disk that connects the two).
