horrible traction

I have lowered my car around 3+ inches and since doing so I have horrible traction and bad,bad wheel hop. I only have about 1" between my bump stops and rearend. I can not raise my car due to the body kit. I can not leave a light without wheel spin under light throttle or wheel hop under heavy throttle.
Any thoughts how to improve this traction problem.

Re: horrible traction

control arm relocation brackets could help, not very expensive and worth a try. What is the rest of the suspension like? stock?

Re: horrible traction

LCARB's as mentioned are THE answer.
An adjustable torque arm might be another one to consider, and an adjustable panhard rod. That much lowering means you need to change everything.
