small curb accident, took alignment out of whack

I'm working on getting a small loan from my bank for 2500$ to help with some financial struggles i've been having lately. With some of the money, i plan on replacing the front struts, ball joints, idler arm, center link, brake rotors, pads, 1 wheel stud, and the wheel bearings....all done by a local shop and then an alignment and my inspection for this year.

Only problem is this, i need the car to get me the next 2-3 days and my alignment is severely out of whack due to a small curb incident with the ice and snow covered roads we just got over. when steering straight, my right front wheel seems to be toed out. that seems to be the only issue but it is causing both front tires to wear significantly.

how can i toe the wheel back in myself some before i get it to the shop with the parts. I have most tools and a garage with jack use available.

no one can tell me how to adjust for toe?

Wouldn't it just be with the tie rod?

The same thing happen to my step sons 1991 Z-28 . But when I did get that car in the air with the tire off . I found a bent spindle and outer tie rod end . I went to the Local junk yard and for $30 bucks bought one and put it on . I also straightened out the old tie rod and took a measurement zerk to zerk . Then made the new Tie rods the same size . When I was all done that car was like new . Lift up your car and see what may be bent . Some times if the tie rod got bent you can straighten it a bit with a big Hammer just to get by for a short time .

Well, I have it up on jackstands right now, about to go take a picture even. Nothing looks bent but I only see threads on the outer side of the outer tie rod...whereas none on the inner. This is not right, and i think i would have to try to adjust it more the other way but man i am just not sure how to do that...
