susp. bolt kit? such a thing exist?
i am about to do almost a total rebuild on my suspension. i'm sure alot are either rusted or just junk.
instead of re-using the old bolts or just incase a few snap or whatever
i was wondering if theres a company or dealer that have a bolt kit for every part of your suspension?
thanks
i may not need them i dont know the condition of my 20 yr old bolts but just incase it would be nice to know

no, no kits
Spohn sells most of the major ones, spindle bolts, i think a-arm bolts, control arm bolts, panhard bolts.

just go down to the hardware store, get some grade 8 bolts with lock washers and teflon nuts, you can never be to safe!

they are NOT everyday, hardware store grade 8 bolts.
All the suspension bolts on the car are metric, grade 10.9, which in equivalent to grade 8. Grade 8 bolts, that are not metric sized will not fit properly in the holes, they will be either too big or too small, and some of the bolts, panhard for example, are "step bolts" which have a larger shank on the head side as opposed to the threaded portion. They are special to the application and to do things right you need the right bolts.

Also, they aren't nylock nuts (no such thing as teflon ones). They are usually all metal lock nuts, aka "stover" nuts.
Bolt supply shops have most of these, and some (stepped bolts) you need to get from GM for $7/bolt

Stepped bolts are the devil. That's all.
Oh, but on topic, if you get the devils out of the car and can stand a wait, I ordered all of my bolts from www.boltdepot.com. Be sure to get their bolt measuring tools. They'll tell you diameter, thread pitch, and length. Good stuff. It's how I ordered all of the bolts for my serpentine swap.
