ROLL CAGE w/ gta notchback deck lid

Engine: 355-carb, 350-carb, 350-TPI
Transmission: 5speed, at, 5 speed
Axle/Gears: 3.42, 3.42-stock, 3.42-1LE
ROLL CAGE w/ gta notchback deck lid

anyone know if the roll cages that we can buy prebent for the camaro/firebirds. work with no mods if you have the gta notchback window?

i was told you might have to modify the rear long pipes...

i am going with an 8 pt cage now.. but later on going to the 10.. ( just bying the 10 and waitng to install the rest.. cheeper)

any input on this guys?.. i know people have caged them so i just need to know if i am going to have to get them changes or will work right of the bat?

You'll probably have to modify it like a roll cage/bar in a pickup truck. Depends how far forward the notchback is. The rear tubes don't have to go all the way to the back. They can be attached around the upper shock mount area.

Got any pics showing the back seat area?

The bottom of the notch comes to about where the bend is in the quarter to the rear of the car, I have contemplated this with ny notch. Shouldnt be hard as most kits you have to weld in on your own, would really just be a matter of cutting the rear tubes for your application.

i figured it woulnt be hard...

as for the pics of the rear seat... i dont have it mounted yet.. i got the deck lid coming soon.. and roll cage on the way.. i didnt want to weld up the roll cage then go and put it on.. and be screwed..

will get pics up then when i do
