Roll Cage Support

How much support would a weld in 6 point roll cage provide compared to sub frame connectors. Both are weld in.
I want to get a roll cage but I will be putting out close to 500 horse in a firebird gta with T-Tops once i get it put back together.
Thanx in advance

Start with the SFC then put in the bar later. It's hard to compare one without the other.
