Car has lean and rub.

I have an 86 Z28 that has a lean to it. Im not sure when it started but its bad, in the front the passenger side sits 2 inches lower than the drivers side. I believe that this is also what is causing the rear to be off a bit to form side to side. When I turn hard left the passenger tire rubs hard. Im not sure if this is a suspension problem or a frame issue. I figured it was suspension since it was really only the passenger front that was affected. I need help on sorting out what the problem might be. Thanks in advance.

I'd suggest a visual inspection. Now.

Well, the car has 2 essentially identical sides, the right and the left.... one is broke.... the right side is suposed to look like the left side.... fairly simple and straightforward really.

It might just be that the spring on the right is worse wore out than the one on the left. Or it might be that something is bent.
