Bolting versus welding SFCs

As I said in another thread, I will be welding my Alstons in shortly...I've had them bolted on for a year and a half, and compared to the bolt-on SLP SFCs I have on my Z28, I am extremely unimpressed so far. The Z28 felt solid immediately...I didn't notice much difference with the RS, which to me would've benefitted more because third gens are so much more flexible than 4ths...

With that said, will I notice a significant difference once they're welded? How much better would the car be with a second set welded in? Thanks to anyone who can help.
