on 4th gen WS6=SS, but what does it equal in 3rd gen... IROC?

I don't know which is the higher package... WS6 or GTA?

1. what do these packages include?
2. which have the fast ratio steering and what is the ratio?
3. where do I get the 36 mm hollow bar?
4. how many swaybars are there?

Partial answer since I'm a Camaro guy: The WS6 package is a Pontiac designation. The performance cars, like the IROC, have the box you're looking for. Check the following link for info:

There are two sway bars. The hollow 36mm/solid 24mm can be found on some Camaros from 89-92 and some thirdgen Pontiacs from 86-92, IIRC.

so did the MCSS, grand cherokee and s10 ZQ8 use the 12.7:1 as well?
