so i recently replaced all the front end components, all ball joints struts all bushings and all tie rods and center link and idler arm, and i just made it so that the wheels were straight ahead with the wheel straight, so could i put maybe like 200 miles on it like this before getting it aligned? i dont really mind the tires i know they'll go bad, but would every thing else be alright?

 

Shouldn't be a problem if you are relatively close.
