what couse this sound?

During u turn if i have the steering wheel all the way to the side, both sides, i can hear strange sound, like crunching. I replaced in/out tie rods not long time ago and have got wheel alignment. It seems everything is tightened properly. Any idea?

Could be a number of things. Start with a visual inspection, then remove each wheel and check the sway bar end links and bushings. Tighten up the sway bar bushing bolts. Check and inspect all your steering linkage. Also, check the area around the steering box for cracks. That should get ya started anyway... good luck!
